Was rude to my friend and put her food in a brown bag not the sandwich paper and would not make it right very hateful ????
We had to return the sandwich cause they charged us as 2 6 inch subs...i ordered 1 footlong..very rude lady at the new caney... restaurant. I told her I want a foot long half toasted, she refused and said she had to charge us as 2 6 inch subs to toast halfof it. Have never heard of subway charging to toast. Will never go back to that location....we got our money back..btw.. Read more
Subway club is my favorite. I usually try to go when I have coupons that come in with newspaper ads. Cost of 2 footlong subs... was too expensive without discount from coupon. Read more
I've always gone to this subway. Used to love it. However I don't think I'll buy another sub for a while now because today I... went and ordered a six inch sandwich and right when I took one bite of it, I found a big piece hair wrapped around the chickenbreast inside the sandwich. I had lost my appetite so I threw the sandwich in the garbage. I didn't ask for a refund or anothersandwich because I didn't wanna start any drama also there was a long line of other customers and I had a time limit for lunch.I left and dont think I'll go there again any time soon???? Walked in 30 mins to close and the entire line was already taken down. It looked gross under all of the containers. I said hello... and got a blank stare in response, no greeting back. I had the best experience this afternoon. At about 5:30 I walked in to subway and was greeted by a older Hispanic gentleman. He... made the perfect sandwich for me . He listened to everything I wanted and also made suggestions. He had the best customerservice I have seen in a long time. I asked his name and he said it was Sal. Thank you Sal for excellent service and the awesomesandwich.Subway should be glad to have him on their team. I will surely be back . And let others know about this employee. Read more
This meal was very unpleasant to say the least. The meatballs in the meatball sandwich were horrible and hard as rocks. The... picture is a thousand words and non of them are delicious. I just called to quickly get a 6 in for my mom who?s a diabetic. To get around the usual ?Sloth-esque? sense of urgency for... someone one, like my mom who?s blood sugar can violently drop. Whomever was answered the phone tonight 11/25/22 at 8:40 pm cutme off mid-sentence.
