For any that know me I am a child of God and expect God's children just to be kind but today this did not happen and wingstop at... 20172 us hwy 59 new caney tx. Let me tell you guys a little bit of information on how this world has changed because of excuseswe make as people regarding the way we should treat each other. I called wingstop as always just to get 6 pieces of wings butinstead got asked my name which is short for prin. 5 times only after answering get hung up on. I called back ask to speak to amanager but was told that she wasn't available. So I began to tell the shift leader my issue and the police walked in. I didn'tget upset I just was asking why did the manager just hang up in my face sounding like she was upset because I ask to speak withher. I don't know why she did that but I'm just gonna go out on lem that she is not fit for the position she hold are that sheis protecting her staff which is the same national that she is. But we are in America and we expect a level of good customerservice when we are paying our money no matter what color we are. I respect the new caney police department because they arehere to protect and serve the community. BUT USING OUR RESOURCES FOR A COMPLAINT IS NOT THE REASON TO CALL THEM. First-time at this new location. I was hesitant to try when they first opened after reading the 1-star reviews. However, 2-3 mos... in I'm glad I waited. A bit of delay upon placing my order due to the staff assigned to the register was on break. Once my orderwas placed I waited for about 23 minutes (not bad). Everything was perfect except the fries. They were a bit over cooked butthe associate was more than happy to shorten the time so they were not as well-done. My wings (lemon pepper & garlic parmasean)were crisp to perfection. We got here at 11 am for dine in. Took 31 mins for our order to be completed. They had a TON of orders to complete before ours... was done. So if you think getting here right as they open for a quick order, that won?t happen. Employees are super helpful &nice. Our Order was correct.
