The employees are 5 star! Just don't rely on the pumps to work. Pump 6 has been broken for two days. There is no sign saying its... down. This happens way to often at a fairly new store. Read more
Several gas pumps don't work. Payment systems always seem to be down. I was there today and went to two separate pumps before... giving up and going to the other station down the road. Would not recommend this place. Read more
My husband and I have been visiting this particular store in New Carlisle, Ohio for the past 6 months, every morning around 4am... (on our way to work) Usually it is a pretty clean, organized and restocked store each morning. There was a young lady workingand she always had everything ready for the morning crowd and always had a positive attitude and an upbeat personality to makeyour morning start off great. Now, there are a bunch of young men working and the creamer is hardly ever stocked, or itsswitched and the vanilla is where the half & half should be and the half & half where the vanilla is supposed to be (hashappened more than 2x this week) the place is a mess, the attendants are usually in the back room and you have to wait for themto come to the register to check out. The Manager or Supervisor is a grumpy and crotchety old man who has no business dealingwith the public, in any manner. Sad to see such a great place to stop for coffee in the mornings go down hill so quickly. Read more
Since the new addition this is consistently one of the nicer Speedways I stop at. The people working have always been nice. It... has always been clean whenever I stop and they are competitive on gas prices. The newer remodel has given them space to offermore choices of food and beverages. Read more
The new line structure at this speedway is not working. Specially when the cashiers decide they need to visit with a customer... for over 10 minutes while 14 plus people are in line. Also if you order food the tall guy with the mullet will make it but notbefore he glares at you rolls yus eyes and audibly sighs loud enough to drown out the radio in the store.
