The poorest run fast food establishment I have ever seen. Says they?re under new management. Might want to go back and get the... old. On game day with a home game down the street. A chicken place with NO chicken cooked. After waiting 35 minutes, only to betold they?d just dropped chicken and it would be an additional 8 minutes. I asked for a refund which took another 8 minutesbecause they didn?t know how to work the credit card machine. So I was charged twice instead of getting a refund. She voided the2nd transaction and had to give me cash for the first. Cant even speak about the food because after wasting what was an hour,didn?t eat. Read more
I always desire to go here when I go to Virginia and was thrilled ???? to find there was Bojangles as close as Maryland!!! The... biscuits are good if you're a sweets person and I tried the sweet potato ???? pie ???? for the first time too. Read more
Worst experience at a fast food place and ANY BOJANGLES ACROSS THE U.S. I went here and ordered a 3piece meal and also tenders... with dirty rice. My friends chicken had been cooked in old oil (pic doesn't do it justice) it was black and tasted like oil. Mytenders were cold and rubbery. To make matters worse I opened the dirty rice and to my surprise not only did it smell burnt ittasted burnt. I went inside and the employees gave me some excuse about how the manager was gone and they didn't swap the oilout. I asked for a refund so he went to process it and then ended up charging me a 2nd time for MORE than what my meal wasworth. I was told the receipt machine didn't work so no proof could be given. I don't live in the area so I've tried calling for2 weeks now and the phone is disconnected (what kind of establishment are you people running so unprofessionally?) Ive calledcorporate and they said I had to file a complaint online which I did but still have not heard back. This is a dirty anddisgusting location and should honestly be shut down or have new management. I'm sure they don't wash their hands often in here.I will not stand by and be double charged for the worst food service I've ever experienced in life especially since I have foodservice in my work history. Great breakfast. A little understaffed, so don't be upset if there's a little wait time. The sausage/egg/cheese biscuits are... very tasty. It tastes like the eggs are prepared on the spot since they're cooked & folded to fit the biscuit. Definitely no"mcdonald-style egg-pucks" here! Never had the chicken before, but picked it up for a coworker several times and he loves it,asking me to bring him some at least once a month! Read more
The customer service at the drive thru was awesome. The employee was kind and seemed genuinely happy to wait on is. The 3 stars... is for the cleanliness of the area surrounding the drive thru window. The grey bins which are right next to the window wereabsolutely filthy! It was as if they had not been scrubbed since opening day in 1977(I googled that). Was skeptical after seeingthe condition of those bins as to what conditions the food was prepared in???? Read more
Horrible service. That staff needs supervision. You g lady in the back touching the food with her hands to test the temperature... for herself to eat! I'll NEVER go back there EVER! They staff was looking back at me waiting for a reaction but I didn't say aword. I wouldn't look away as I always watch my food being prepared but I did leave the Bo Berry biscuits I ordered on thecounter so she could have those too. There's no way I was going to eat them after she touched all of them in the pan with herbare fingers. If it wasn't a big deal, why did she keep looking back at me?! Disgusting! Food is ALWAYS good but this location seemed SUPER sketchy. Young kids hanging out in the lobby & a homeless guy was sleeping on... one of the tables, didn't even get greeted when we first walked in, bathrooms were disgusting, it was SUPER hot inside too & Ifelt on edge the entire time. Horrible experience. I waited at the drive thru approximately 30 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me. So no way to leave.... When I did pull up I waited another 15 minutes for the cashier. Finally shows up and ask what I ordered. I was going to leavebut it?s not a work day and had a taste for their biscuits. Once I received my order I pull away around the corner looked at myfood and the biscuit fell a part and food was cold. I pulled around went in the store and showed it to them and the cashier saidthey were short on help. They were taking orders and also fixing food. He had on gloves put I wasn?t sure if he changed them soI trashed the food when I got to my car. I didn?t get a receipt when I pulled away so I didn?t ask for a refund. I?ll just nevergo there again.
