Most unprofessional ratchet location I?ve ever experienced. This is my second visit here and it was hands down thee worst! We... walked into the establishment and was asked ?how can I help you?? by a woman sitting at one of the tables eating and licking bbqsauce off her fingers. Very nasty. As we looked In her direction she stood up and began to walk to the counter to take ourorders. This was so unprofessional no napkins hand sanitizer NOTHING. I asked her her name she rolled her eyes smacked her teethas spit flew through her missing teeth. She stated ?Silvia Sheryl Samantha? one of the three. I asked if there was a manager orsomeone with authority to speak to she said there was no one. Completely fine I will definitely leave me review and report tothe right owners if they knew the nasty cross contamination unprofessional bad attitudes they would sure address it as this isbusiness and people pay their MONEY! I ordered thighs and I was given party wings.I was told that my order would be ready in 15 to 20 mins it was more like 35 mind.... There was no ice fir your beverages. Will not eat there anymore Read more

New Carrollton, MD location: Food cooked in bad oil, delivered cold, upset my stomach, and not honoring agreement. Food was... delivered to Doctor's Hospital. Manager Tree on 9/2 agreed to give 50% off of next order. Called on 9/9 and Manager Bem (ChiefManager) was rude, disrespectful, told me that Tree did not come into work today. When I replied, he put the phone down andbegan working with others. He left the phone off of the hook, so that I could not call back. I have never had this type ofcustomer service. Read more
Good food, really nice employees, especially Zackia. However, wait for the food was 40 minutes because the female manager was... being absolutely disgusting and disrespectful towards the female employees and rude and being ignorant towards my fiancé and Ibecause we asked for the military discount and didn?t wanna come over even though it requires a manager to do so. While waiting40 minutes for the food, she treated the other employees like they couldn?t do anything and gave them consistent attitude. Whenthis manager was in the kitchen, the girls were unable to bag the orders but the manager was going slower than a turtle ingetting these orders out due to this. Read more
If I could I would give it a no star. Worst customer service and arrogant employees. Today I decided to try their wings for the... first time and when I ask questions about the menu the Hispanic lady with purple hair seem to be upset and made faces withattitude and never answer any of my questions. While the other African American person was just cursing at everything andignoring customers. Idk what type of training the employees get but I will never order or even recommend this place.
