Went to the Burger King in Kirkwood hwy and they refused to take my order due to staffing... Went to This one and spent 35 in... the drive thru!! Then when you get to the windows they have a horrible attitude when you asked If they really got the foodright. I parked and checked my food and everything was wrong! Went inside to get my order fixed and another 20 min wait time!Went back to my car again my order was wrong!!!! WTH?! Read more
Really very disappointed with the attention of some employees, we usually go saturday in lunch time with my husband, they sell... to us, but in a very unpolite not gentle way, the great difference in the attendance to american people against the way theyattend latin people is really notorious, first time I doubt and thought it was just a bad day for the guy that attended us butthe next time he ignored us leaving me stand awaiting for somebody to ask me to put an order. The clean of the place is reallybad too. We will not get back by sure. Read more
10:42 pm got my doordash order however my drinks were not given to me. The young lady asked her coworker if I'm still there... while they all were laughing and had an attitude when I asked for my customer's drink. I'm not even sure if my customer got allthe items for her order. Guys just to let y'all know your customers can hear every rude remakes made about them while they areat that window waiting on their food. Read more
Food was fresh and hot, but with no one else in line or in the store (customers) it took a while for me to get through, not... even an update to say we're working on your order. The manager did apologize for the delay at the end. Read more
This got to be the worst burger king in all of Delaware...on 29th of June...while waiting in line for more than 15... minutes...they decided to close @ 11pm... nobody bothered to walk outside and put a cone behind the last car...no apologies weregiven... Who remember those good old days when friday night was a BK family/friends reunion night,the place was packed and NO tablets NO... phones to distract ppl from a good conversation.These BKs became lonely,empty,cheap and their meat got so tiny,do u remember adouble cheeseburger???Now they look like a chocolate chip on size and thickness.Do you agree with me here?Sometimes is not allabout prices but service,what da hell happen to that term FAST FOOD? Now is slow,NOT accurate and gross food.Ever askyourself:how in hell they stay on business with all these Empty restaurants? I haven't had Burger King and over a year and this one day which was December 7th 2022 I decided today was the day I was going... to treat myself and splurge on a Whopper. I was greeted by a really nice young man named Steven who was at the cash register atthe Burger King by the 273 and Route 13 intersection. His persuasion was very convincing to order the crispy chicken sandwichand I emphasize crispy chicken sandwich that he himself was going to take one home and from going from what I initially wantedwhich was a Whopper, I decided and now just go ahead and get myself and my girlfriend or crispy chicken sandwiches well, butspicy. After saying goodnight and thank you I get to my car and I open up the sandwiches after driving away (naturally) and whatlaid before me was beyond comprehension. I had the most soggiest, soaked bun, slap of wet meat drenched in mayo and what I thinkwas hot sauce that was Dripping and seeping through the wrapping paper on not just one sandwich but both and was so disgustingafter I could barely hold on to it from its sliding everywhere and dripping all over me that I couldn't even get through asecond Bite!!! I give these guys a 1/2 a star for having a polite gentlemen at the register, but anything else is a big ZERO!Worst fast-food experience I've ever had!!! Read more
