This Dunkin seems to be a little more expensive then others and no drive through

Absolutely the worst customer service. I order the SAME exact thing every time 3 shots of espresso in a large cup with ice. It's... normally $3.29 at every Dunkin I've been too. They charged me $4.29 for a cup of ice water and when I questioned it wereextremely rude and said every dunkin can charge what they want. I showed them a charge from 2 days ago that literally says $3.29the manager was behind her and just looked at me and said nothing. Do they not give you a cup regardless when you order abeverage? So essentially you are charging me for ice because the espresso goes in the same cup anyway. My problem was theextreme lack of customer service, I have never experienced someone being so rude, what a horrible way to start a day. I willnever ever go here or any Dunkin again. Starbuck is LESS (I know, right) and the same exact price at every location, they alsohire and train employees to be kind and appreciate their customers. I'm so upset by how extremely nasty she was that I willnever go to a Dunkin again, so you've lost a customer. I'd rather go to Starbucks or any other coffee shop and have a pleasantexperience. Very polite and outstanding staff.
Worst place. The lady who works here us very rude, me and my friends ordered 3 order Hash browns. She literally burnt and gave... it to us. We asked her the same and she replied us she is working from last 13 years and she does the hash browns like that. Ihave been eating them from 7-8 years but I never saw hash browns like that. Very happy. Also the way she speak to the customersis very rude, this is not the first time I experienced this here second time in last ten days. Hope management will take actionon this. Read more
The manager was polite at first. We used applepay. It went through on our end and dunkin to the money but it didn't show on her... screen. Long story short she got nasty with us,waited 40 minutes before she called her manager and he never came. After beingthere a hour she gave us $20 and our watered down drinks.
