They never peel their shrimp they just throw it, shell and all in your pasta and the past 2 times ive gotten food the bottom... container is always busted and smashed into my food. Read more
I literally love pats, I?m seeing a lot of complaints and I?m wondering if y?all ever said anything in the moment? Any time I... have an issue it?s literally resolved then and there because I use my mouth say something, the staff is mad friendly and even ifthey forget my dressing for my salad or something small, I?ve never had a problem with them fixing it. I?ve gotten my accountcredit etc, I saw a review about some onion rings being to crispy?? lol Bro just ask them to re-make them and I promise you theywill. Lol To conclude the food is great ! Dined it, terrible experience. Onion rings were completely overcooked and almost burnt. Had to send them back. Also ordered a... Gyro with fries platter only for the gyro meat to be overcooked and terribly crispy? Are we frying this meat or what is goingon? Very disappointing experience and first visit in months. I ordered for delivery and only received half my order. I called not pleased and asked how were they going to accommodate me for... their mistake the manager tells me all I can do is send the other half out with a driver or give you your money back and hung upon me. I had to call back several times and when she did answer was very rude. How are you rude to me because I'm upset you gotmy order wrong. Even goes as far to say I will ban you from the store mind you all because she missed understood what I askedher, I didn't ask for my money back and the food that wasn't delivered. I asked her how could she accommodate me and if youcan't I want my money back plus a tip, again she hung up on me.I would have never been treated like that at the Kirkwood Hwy orNewport store. I used to love Pats but the last 3 times have been a big disappointment. Pizza and Stromboli were basically tasteless and dough... not cooked. They did away with the breaded chicken wings which my family absolutely loved. The staff messes up your orders ornever even puts your order in to be processed. When you buy chips or cheese curls they should actually look at the prices on thebag I bought 2 bags of cheese curls 2.29 a bag and was charged 5.98. The employees also should not be able to be on their phoneswhile working.
