So we ordered a promotional product 20 boneless & 20 bone in plus 1 fry after 2 attempts to fulfill this order through grub hub... I give up thanks for the completely different food items twice in a row, just WOW how does one fail this hard, second chance bedamned, never again I suggest no one order from here for any reason other than you are bored and would like to engage in verbalcombat for few hours just to have an other failure show up hot and wrong. I literally can't say enough, run them out of town,you should be ashamed. Read more

It's a wing place......and usually the wings are quite good. But this time, they were a little disappointing. Seemed like they... hadn't been cooked long enough. The burgers however, were quite good. I'd never gotten a burger from bdubs before now but it wasjust as good as one from a burger place. Seems like the quality at this location is switched. Read more

Absolutely horrible. I used to love coming here for dinner when visiting family. We arrived at 645p, our order was taken about... 715p. It then took an hour and forty-five minutes for our food to get out. I understand they were short staff but when you seetables thecsame size or larger come in and hour after you did order, eat and leave before your food arrives that means there issomething more wrong than short staff. The manager would not even comp the dinner, I have ran resturants for years and there isno excuse for this poor service. I finally got to speak to the manager after requesting multiple times and him making our servertry to handle his job. He tried to blame everything else other hand his own failure. I gave him my number and requested hisDistrict manager contact me, which has yet to happen. Also if you look through the reviews they took a sharp down turn withinthe last year which is when we can assume Mark Grovert took over as GM. My family went there on 08/20/22. We arrived at about 6:30p.m. We were greeted and seated quickly, but they didn't get a high... chair for our youngest child like we requested. Our server didn't come over until about 7:15 to take orders. When she broughtout our drinks she forgot our 8 year old's juice and still didn't bring the high chair. She apologized and grabbed a high chairfor us and said she would get the 8 year old's drink. She didn't bring the juice(which was in a can) until about 30 minuteslater. We tried to get her attention several times when we saw her at other tables near us as the rest of us were ready forrefills. When we were able to get her to our table, we also asked what was taking so long with our food. She said they only hadone cook. The only problem was we saw people who came in after us had gotten their food already, We saw several groups come inafter we ordered, come in, eat , and leave before we got our food. We questioned this and she said it was when their order wasput in and the number of people in our group. About 8:30 a group of six came in and they got their food before us so to me theexcuse of the size of our family was not valid. We didn't get our food until 9:00. We asked to see the manager and she said shewould talk to him. She came back and said he would be out in a few minutes. When we had finished eating about 9:30 she broughtthe check and said he had taken some off. We said that we wanted to see the manager. He came out finally . He said the samestuff about our group size and when the order was put into the kitchen. We brought up the fact of the other big group that camein at 8:00. He was still bringing up group size and place of our order. We finally paid and left. Ordered the 10 piece wings, Asian zing on the side, celery with blue cheese. They fresh out of the fryer and they were good size... wings. As always the Miller Lite was also great. Read more
