I agree with others that Carl is awesome but I had a bad experience today. Came in 3 mins before closing and the entire staff... except for one was super agitated and complained loudly about not being able to leave on time. Only the guy in the blue shirt,younger guy, was pleasant and even chastised the rest of the staff for their poor behavior. Older lady in glasses was especiallymoody and rude. Read more
