$45 dollars for a small pizza and a grinder. The pizza wasn?t that great. The Red Baron from Kroger is twice what this pizza... was. And it?s less a quarter of the price. The grinder had next to nothing on it. So basically an overpriced cheap toastedbread. Very lacking for the price they ask. High school kids running the place. Not an adult in sight. One of the young boysbehind the counter was cursing loudly as he talked. He kept hovering over one of the young girls that worked the register. Sheseemed very uncomfortable with his demeanor. But with no manager in sight, there was no one there to correct this behavior. Tookthem about 20 minutes to make the grinders and they sat on the counter while they were making the pizza, which took them another25 minutes or so. So the grinders were cold when they brought them to the tables. There was only one other small group ofpatrons there who were almost finished with their meal when I arrived. So other then them, we were the only other patrons in therestaurant for some time. They bring your food out on cheap styrofoam plates. Which to me is an unnecessary cost cuttingpractice. Would be nice to have real plates to use while eating this over priced food on instead of the paper thin styrofoamplates. There are no napkins anywhere to be seen on the customer side of the counter. They bring you one with your food. ButI?ve seen truck stop toilet paper with more integrity. If you know, you know. And those are needed as you are eating this overlyoiled down pizzas and sandwiches. After finishing the meal, my hands were covered in oil. I felt like I was working at therefinery. Went to the restroom to wash my hands afterwards and there were no soap in the pumps. So I watered my hands down thebest I could so I could make it to the car and use the hand-wipes I keep there. Overall, this is the type of quality you?dexpect from a restaurant in New Castle. This isn?t a good thing. Definitely worth the drive to go to another city Read more

I was asked to sign the receipt for the purchase of my pizza and noticed that when I was walking away to fill my drink the girl... with glasses at the front counter was telling her coworkers how I didn't write down a tip and that she couldn't believe it. Shekept the conversation up with several people and loud enough to where everyone in the restaurant could hear. I was confused atfirst because I normally tip AFTER the service is done, then I can weigh the quantity of the tip against the service. This wasmy understanding of how gratuity works; not here I guess. I still proceeded to give a tip AFTER we were done, but will be thelast time I go to this place and get publicly ridiculed for not tipping before they exhaust themselves by walking my pizza 10ftto my table. Food is good but would not recommend at lunchtime. I called my order in at 1150 and it wasn't ready when i got there at 12:15. ... Finally ready at 12:40. Wasted my whole lunch hour standing in there waiting on my food. Read more

Called in a to go order, waited the 30 minutes before picking it up, got there about 5 minutes early , waited in line for 10-15... minutes to get to the only cashier only to be told that my ticket got lost, when I gave the name the order was under. Went backto the end if the line and waited again to see the cashier to tell her what was ordered. She got the order, with no name on theticket, from an unheated rack. When I asked how long it had been sitting there she had no idea. Got it home, took 10 minutes, and it was stone cold. I was not impressed with the service and the product was not what I expected. I will not recommend thisplace to anyone not will I be going back. Read more

First time eating Mancino's, but WOW, good stuff! Also, new owner at this location was very pleasant and helpful. I was a... General Manager at a small pizza restaurant for years, and seeing how well they all communicated, and the smiling faces, surebrought back a lot of good memories. I wish there was one closer to my town of Pendleton. Read more

This place has never been great, but an easy and quick meal. Cant say that any more. Hot garbage. Veggie grinder came pretty... much dissolved with bits of meat stuck to it - was left with a dissapointing warm salad, pizza grinder came with an enoughcheese and grease on it to turn the bread to a liquid. Manager refused a refund, even when I offered to bring their trash backto them. Read more
