Drive thru open 24hrs, I work overnights. Put in a mobile order on my one-hour lunch as this is one of two 24hr places. Pulled... up to see the drive thru blocked, doors locked. Called the location to be told "I had to send someone home so there's only twoof us, I'll reject your order and you'll be refunded in a day or two." Uh.. No? Close the store down then. Why are you gettingpaid at a fast food place and the only thing you're doing is mopping while you literally refuse to make food? This is patheticand unacceptable for a 24-hr food chain. You do not get to choose when you're open. You do not get to accept my money and thentell me you're not doing anything at all while you're getting paid. Turn off the lights, stop accepting orders, go home ifthat's the case. Do not waste my time and money. I work in retail.. we're understaffed every day. Not once has anyone gone "Ohhey, too many callouts today so I guess the rest of will just stand here and refuse to stock shelves but still get paid. No workneeds to be done, we don't want to make any money today." Read more

I went through the drive thru on 8/28 at about 2:42/2:45 and I told them I ordered on the app and gave them the code. Well the... guy told me he couldn't find the order so then a woman, her name is Mary, chimes in on the mic and immediately had an attitudewith me. I told her I'm sorry I don't normally use the app and she continued to be EXTREMELY rude to me saying in rude tones andeven raised her voice at me "if it doesn't have any letters then it's not a mobile order. What do you want to order?!" Andfinally I just had had enough and said "I don't know. I ordered on the app..." And then she cut me off and scoffed then saidrudely "just pull around!" So for this experience I would give this fast food no stars! However, when I pulled up to the firstwindow a guy, I didn't get his name, wearing a blue button up shirt apologized and found my order no problem and made sure myfood was fresh and exactly what I ordered and I really appreciate that! The Mary woman who worked there today at that timereally needs to be talked to about customer service! I understand working fast food sucks, however customer service no matterwhere you are should come first. I mean shoot, being nice to people who are trying to be nice to you should be human decency! Inever rose my voice to Mary nor was I ever rude and as soon as she got on the mic she was instantly EXTREMELY rude and rose hervoice at me even though I never got rude with her or rose my voice! If she can't even fake being nice for customer service, sheprobably shouldn't be working anywhere that you have to deal with people. Because of Mary, I might not come back and when I doorder it's 40$ or more everytime! However, the guy in the blue button up shirt was amazing and I was sure to be nice right backTo him! Read more

This morning I got an iced coffee and it was so full of coffee grounds it was undrinkable this McDonalds has some of the worst... food service around most of the time I only go here because there?s not much options especially late at night. I was hoping thenewer chicken sandwich was going to be edible but it?s so hard and full of gristle you can?t eat it I ordered it three timeshoping that I was going to get a good one just once. Even the fries are not as good as they once was. I?m including a picture ofsome of the coffee grounds that were in the coffee from this morning but most were dumped out when I dumped out the coffee. AllI Say is if u can go someplace else then I recommend doing so. Read more

We went there after doing a little shopping in Richmond. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. After 45 minutes because... they forgot about us and how I don't know because my 6'4" son was standing right there. Didn't give him a receipt. Severalcustomers came in after us and got their food. So getting tired, I went up and asked them about my order. I got a deer in aheadlight look. Finally a manager, I think, came up and I told him what we had, our order number was given to someone else andthey got our food and assumed theirs too. Took another 10 to 15 minutes to get the order. We got it and went to the car. Thenthe french fries were cold. I took them back in and told them I wanted hot fries. What I saw standing there was a mess. Peoplewere laughing and playing around and they had customers waiting. It would have never happened when I was working at McDonald's. Read more

I ain't lovin' this mcdees'! They literally burned every patty they gave us so they were to dry to eat! I spent almost $40 on... this meal for 6 and it was money wasted! We ended up eating pb and j's and we are out the $40. They tried to say I didn't ordersomething and I had to hand them the receipt for them to see for themselves! We waited for 20 minutes. I didn't even get thedrink that came with the happy meal so my child was upset! Mcdonald's has seriously went down hill. Read more

This McDonalds with a new interior redesign looks fantastic on the inside. Not only does it look fantastic with a modern inside... and play place but also the customer service was remarkable. Our cashier was patient with our family. Our three children werehaving difficulty ordering and he was patient. The food when prepared was as good as any McDonalds that I have dined at! Iwould have given it a higher rating, BUT the exterior of building is in serious disrepair. Bad is the exterior, I questioned ifI should rate it lower. Passing through, I will definitely get off the interstate to visit. I only hope that the owners makeimprovements because the exterior needs it! Read more
