The worst experience we have ever had with Papa Johns. It took them over 2 hours to deliver. The pizza was cold and there were... very little toppings on the pizza. They said it would be 30-40 minutes to deliver, two hours later and three phone calls iswhen we received our pizza. We will not be getting pizza there again. Read more
Used to always get pizza here and never had any issues. Until one night me and my bf DoorDashed a cheese pizza and breadsticks.... He took one bite and immediately said he felt hot and passed out on top of the pizza box and almost started seizing. Woke up andthrew up his bite and I?m still in shock. Suggest not going here. I made an order with 4 hour advance for 10 pizza. I called in an hour and a half before my order was... ready to modify to 5 pizzas. I asked on the phone if my order would still be ready at 5:30. They assured me it would be. Go topick up and they canceled the order and ?I said alright well I guess I?ll have to go somewhere else? as I can?t wait hours for 5pizza to be done and the manager (I?m assuming) got very disrespectful bc I had to take my business somewhere else even thoughthey were the ones the canceled it. Placed an order for my husband as he's a long haul truck driver and where he's parked not too many options available, placed an... order online then called to see if I could change the kind of pizza and the lady happily did so! Now about an hour or so laterthe food arrives and he got the wrong pizza as they put the wrong sticker on the box. Ordered a 2 litre and got a small bottle.Called the store and the girl told me about the mix up and the delivery guy would bring the right pizza. Call my husband back tolet him know. The delivery driver calls him not even 2 minutes later to say that he will deliver the pizza whenever he has to goout for another delivery.. so when the pizza FINALLY arrived it was completely cold.. absolutely awful. $60 US for the orderand it was awful. They were very friendly, I called in a pickup order and they even helped me by suggesting a way to place my order that would... save me money. It was only a 15 minute wait time and my order was right on time, if not a few minutes earlier. They were alsovery nice and patient with me when I had to pay for my order using all change! ( This may not seem like a big deal, but I'vebeen to many places that made me feel embarrassed, like a burden and had an attitude and looked down on me when I've had tocount out change to pay for my order) But they were super nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease by saying that theyactually appreciated it because they needed the change. Whether they did or not I really appreciated the comment because theyturned what could've been an embarrassing moment into a lighthearted one. So I would like to give shout out to the employees atthe Papa John's in New Castle, saying thank you so very much and keep up the good work and the great attitudes and people skillsyou guys have!?????????? We ordered our pizza, drove 30 minutes to get home, found the dough to still be raw in the crust. Pizza was not edible. Called... the manager to report it. Manager said the only way we could get our money back was to bring the pizza back. My wife explainedthat we live 30 minutes away and we just wanted our money back, the manager, without another word, hung up on my wife. We triedcalling back, was put hold, and she never answered the phone. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! We are reporting to corporate but I doubtthey will care. FOLLOW UP; was able to get a customer service rep via online chat. As soon as I told him that I was going toleave a negative review because of my experience, my chat session oddly disconnected. Just reassurance that my ordering dayswith Papa John's is finished. There are way too many other options out there. Read more
Would have given zero stars if possible Do not go here its basically a bunch of kids at work playing I ordered a Buffalo chicken... papadia this does not come with bacon but one the the geniuses decided to add bacon as if I couldn't have added it to my orderif I wanted it The worst part I ate some of the bacon and haven't had pork in 22 years I'm sure there's better pizza in the areawith out having to have someone play over top of your food Thanks papa John's Read more
