Not great as far as building appearance, service or food taste. We gave it a shot since you shouldn't judge a book by its cover,... but this time I would've been right. The server didn't smile or really speak at all and the food wasn't very good. We ended upsomewhere else for a better meal a short time later. Family and I came here (party of 6). We came pre rushhour for dinner (445pm). We were seated immediately. Drinks and food orders... were taken. The crab ragoons were terrific and the sweet and sour sauce was among the best I've had! The clear soup and saladwere comparable to others. Dinner was served pretty quickly (assortment of sushi and fried rice for everyone). For 6 people andvery few staff members, we were out in just under an hour. While this place doesn't look like much on the outside and parkingcan be confusing when coming from the main road, husband and I agree: this is a must try. We'll be returning any opportunity wecan! Honestly, the few things that I have tried are absolutely delicious. Sexy Lobster Roll is my favorite, so far. They are friendly... and have fast service. I would honestly, more than likely, give them a 5 if they had pictures alongside of a description of themeal. Let's face it, we do not know what most of the food is, or what to expect, since most of us have not been introduced toJapanese Cuisine regularly, over a lifetime. So, it feels like a game of Russian Roulette. Will I like this? Will it be a wasteof my time and money? I really want to see them succeed, because this is a one of a kind in NC.
