I love Taco bell but every time we go our order is wrong. It's and order for 6 people but still the last 2 times I didn't eat... because we didn't get the right food ordered. And if you call in your name goes on some magical list. Not sure what happenswith it but I'm on it several times. Read more

Usually fast and great service, just please for the sake of everyone in new castle, start putting mild, or hot, or fire sauce in... the bag when we order from a third party such as doordash, grubhub, ubereats etc!
