I entered and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch 6", with only the meat toasted. By the time I got home ten minutes later, all the... meat was ALREADY cold. The Broccoli Soup that was ordered with it was burnt to the point of being nearly solid. When we calledto tell them about this, they were unhelpful by way of a terrible policy that would require a return drive just to BRING BACKthe soup. For someone who lives close like myself, that isn't terrible, per se, but any further out and you'll use more gas thanthe refund of the soup would cover. Just seems like overkill. Read more

I recently had an experience in the drive thru where the guy didn?t want to take my order. Told him my meat and bread and he... said is that all. Uhhh no. Told him cheese and not toasted. Is that all? NO. Told him veggies. Is that all? Chips and drink. Isthat all? So yeah, he obviously didn?t want to be there. But now, they have screwed over the local band. The band has usedsubway to feed the kids since I was in band over 20 years ago. This is unacceptable and you need to contact the band parent whodeals with the food and APOLOGIZE. You also need to make things right on the cost. DO BETTER. Read more
I realize that humans make mistakes but to dodge calls and not put Manger on the phone when asked to speak to 1 is not right.... Making promises and then not following through with them isn't right. We had about 75 people to feed and was not only forgetabout but was also told they would make it right. Neither one of these was held to their word. The last couple of times we ate here, the staff almost seemed like they were literally just grabbed off of the street that day.... During one of our visits, a worker (maybe manager?) actually told the guy making our sandwiches to stop and switch with someonein drive thru. Literally IN THE MIDDLE OF IT! Okay, that?s fine. Well the girl that replaced him had no idea what she was doing.The cashier was telling her step by step what to do as he was ringing out customers. Read more
The two girls working their work we're very nice we had a large order. The one girl used it as a teaching element towards the... one that had less experience so I thought that was very good. Our sandwiches are amazing as always! The girls should becommended for their excellent service. Thanks Subway in New Castle! Read more
Almost completely finished with my sandwich when I bit into something not edible. It looks like maybe part of a glove? Either... way, I?m so disgusted. My husband?s sandwich was also missing lettuce & pickle. Read more
