Very rude and they messed up our order. I pulled in and the first guy at the window asked me if there was a long line behind me,... which he shouldn?t concern himself with anyways as an employee. He didn?t even greet me with a ?hello?. The second girl spokevery rudely to me when I simply asked her what drinks she was handing me so we could differentiate them, and she spat back with?they?re marked.? She then proceeded to turn around to a coworker and ask if the drinks were marked. I thanked her for the fooddespite her rudeness and she shut the window in my face. So rude! The food was acceptable. The problem with this place is is that every time my wife and I have been here in the last two or three... months, which has been at least three or four times, the people that work here are so rude and obviously need some training onhow to deal with public people. I would never recommend that you go to this Wedys on the night shift. Was there around 7:30pm out of baked potatoes. Don't close... until midnight. Would think you had a manager that didn't allow horse play directly in front and directed at customers. Hedefinitely doesn't know how to maintain a friendly environment for the customer. Wendy?s has gone so far down hill since Tammy left. The managers/crew members do not care and rude as can be. Food is always... hard and cold. Wendy?s was the best Wendy?s in the state when I worked there 2 years ago? not so sure now! Tammy always hadthe store looking great, always fresh food. Yeah you?re there for several hours of the day but you chose to work there so makethe best of it and quit treating your customers like trash. Do better. Read more

3 times this week, Sept.2022, half cold fries. Old bag Sarah when we ask for hot fries told my girlfriend you don't have to be... rude, which she wasn't. Sarah was also telling another worker about being fired from foam rubber as she proceeded to be rude. Ipersonally went inside again because the manager ( blonde) gave us another fry, this time hott, but no apology or anything untilI spoke up & said basically we have got cold fries 3 times in a week, Sarah was very rude to us. Hateful as a matter of fact. Ican see why she lost her foam rubber job. Then the manager proceeded to tell us how sorry she was! Very unprofessional! Was in the area for work today and stopped off at this location to grab a bite to eat before heading back to Indy. The store was... super clean. Food was amazing. Employees were awesome! All of their screens were down and they kept people moving right thruthere seamlessly. They were great! I'd def stop back in again the next time I'm in the area! Read more
We eat here quite a bit, and it's usually good. I like the soda machine because it gives you so many options to choose from. I... got to entertain a few guys yesterday, because I had to continuously tap the diet tea button until it finally took, and when Iwent back for a refill, i ended up having to 'tap' the button with my ????... sorry Wendy's, but I have a little ????, so it'sall good! My junior bacon cheeseburger was pretty good, but my husband's fries were gag-you-with-a-spoon salty. Read more
