We ate here on a Saturday night and the staff was quick to let us know that they were short staffed that night and it may be a... wait for food. I found no issues or unreasonable delays. I had the Crane Burger with house made chips full of flavor and wellseasoned. The game night special was on for $2.50 coors lights and beers were cold and quick. I don?t normally leave a review, but tonight my family made reservations for our father at the Crane Room for his birthday. When... I pulled in I noticed a lot of vehicles were present. Apparently a wedding and a college dance were both happening at the sametime. We were informed early that the restaurant was experiencing the same thing all restaurants are experiencing. Short staffand lots of call offs. However our waitress (Jacquelin I believe) was nothing but amazing. She didn?t once panic and made surethat our table of 15 was taken care of. The food was fantastic, everyone at our table was extremely pleased. When they say thebest burgers in town they are not lying. We drove from Butler and plan to go back again very soon. Read more
We celebrated a reception for our neighbor. The venue was fantastic and had a lot of space and privacy but the service was... limited (not much help with employees) and the food could have been better. Overall, it was a decent experience and I would tryit again. Read more

First time eating here. I had their marinated ribeye with a Caesar side and their chips. My waitress was friendly and service... was quick. The ribeye was cooked as I wanted it and it was melt in your mouth tender. The marinated ribeye seasoning is on thesweet side so if you prefer the savory, you may want to opt for their salt and pepper ribeye offering. The service was good, food was good, and atmosphere was good. We had beer battered fish and marinated ribeye. Would stop again... if in the area, but drove 40 minutes to get here and probably won't do that again. Read more
Visiting from Texas. Simply delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. Salad, burgers, and fries taste so... good! We ordered the Flight (off menu) that we can choose four kinds of beer so that we can taste many kinds of the Cranebrewery?s beer. Lot of free parking spaces. Good for group, family, and party. It was OK. Most of the food was ok/good except for the French Onion soup and the side salad that only had 4 cherry tomatoes and... some diced up cucumber. The seating and tables are worn and the men's room had a bunch of fruit flies in it. Read more
