Forgets food I paid for. Location does not care about making it right. Kfc has lost customer. I hope that businesses can start... caring about there customers. Prices are to much at a place that can't get the food right. Not to mention that everythingtastes old there. Read more
I?m tired of the 5 people who are about 30 years old that just want to sand there and talk instead of making sure everything is... in the bags. Then when we go back through drive through to tell them they forgot 2 of our things for our order they want to getan attitude. Horrible! It was so COLD that people were taking their food and leaving. I complained and 7 other people there were complaining!... Our potatoes were cold by the time we left. Chicken was dried out. No juice in the coleslaw. It was all dried out! The clerksaid they just turned the air down. I said you need to turn it up! Please take care of your customers so they will come back. Read more
No matter what time in the evening we go (5pm-8pm) any given day, if we order original chicken the response we always get is... "hold on I need to make sure we have enough". We order the 12pc original bucket. This past weekend we got home, food was cold,breading falling off the chicken, just discusted with the overall experience and will not return. While sitting at the windowwaiting for our food three employees stood at the window glaring at us occasionally and then laughing amongst themselves, handedus our food but didn't acknowledge me while doing so. They got my order wrong. I ordered extra crispy chicken but got very wet original recipe. The coleslaw tastes like cleaning... fluid or perfume. When I called the number to speak to the manager it went to a full mailbox. Will not be ordering from themagain. Very disappointed Read more
I stop there everytime I go to new castle.it usually is good. But this time my chicken was dry like they left in is the warmer... to long. Biscuit was hard when I was cutting it I broke my plastic knife. Lucky I looked before i left cause there was no butteror no plastic ware in the box had to ask for it. I was just told that they wouldn?t serve me what I wanted bc they ?don?t sell those anymore? despite it being available on the... app/website and having a large sign next to the ordering screen. Something needs to be fixed. Read more
