This is my first and last time at this location. It was my intention to sit inside and do some work on my laptop while drinking... coffee. I was sorely disappointed. The floors are super greasy throughout. It's as if they used the same mop on the kitchen,dining, and restroom floors, then used it on the tables and chairs (in that order.) Everything is covered in a slimy film. I hadto wipe down the table before I could use it. Also, you have to walk carefully so you don't slip and fall.... it's really gross.Unfortunately, I decided to use the restroom while I was here. The floor was slimy and wet, with small puddles throughout thefloor. There were flies in there, too. Just gross. To top it off, they messed up the only thing I ordered- coffee. Instead ofliquid sugar, they used Equal. Thankfully they remade it correctly. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is becausethe wifi worked, and the kid remade my cup of coffee without issue. I only took two pics because they don't truly show theissues. Stopped on 5/12/22 around 9am and there was no line in the drive thru. The guy on the speaker takes my order and just says... "pull forward." At the window he takes my card and returns when processed... again "pull forward." So I wait a couple of minutesfor my bagel poppers and he brings them out and hands them to me and turns around and walks away. "Thank you " I say in a cheerytone. Bought 18 doughnuts and a box of regular coffee; so that they could keep their times down, they had me park to the side... where... I waited for 12 minutes for the coffee. For a little perspective, if I had ordered freshly fried chicken, that would have beenfaster than waiting for coffee at a place who markets themselves predominately on their coffee and speedy service. Notprofessional to almost make someone late for work because you don't have enough of your signature marketed product ready withoutexplaining first that there would be a wait. Read more
Hey people. Better check your coffee before you leave. We were on the way to somewhere and literally 1 minute down the road we... started to drink our cappuccinos?..eewwww. They were barely lukewarm. Service was amazing my girlfriend Is currently going blind but has some vision I had to walk to speedway to get something so... she waited there one of the workers realized my gf had a look of somethitn was off and instantly told her she walk her to hertable notified her she was gonna toucher her arm and than explained which coffee was hers and mine.
