The food and pizza is very good and it was my family?s go-to spot for over a year after we moved to the area but the service is... always inconsistent. Delivery orders regularly screwed up. Ordering the same specialty slice from the menu - was madedifferently each time (explanation was different employees make them differently) I found the staff to be unfriendly andunapologetic for their mistakes....finally had enough and we do NOT go there any longer. I must say, I live nearby a lot a pizza places in new city, and out of the dozens there are, I can easily put this in the top... two pizza places in new city. We often take out from here, and we have never had a huge problem with service, and it is probablythe best tasting pizza around. The rest of their menu is also pretty good if your taking out, and someone doesn't want pizza. Read more
