I work at the shell gas station in Nyack and it's only 3.5 miles away and they stated to me in a very abrupt mean way over the... phone when I tried to order food for delivery " WE DON'T DELIVER TO NYACK" exactly in that context that to me is very rude anddescrimantion against an area needless to say they lost me as a customer and I will be contacting the better business bureau forthat unnecessary course of action. I started driving two towns down to specifically come to this domino?s ! They are by far the best in Rockland County. The food... is alway hot and fresh! My order always comes out right and the customer service is amazing! I would really like to thank Omarfor taking the time to walk me through my order, I know they get busy but he made sure that I was properly taken care of and alot of fast paced restaurants do not care to do so. Ok. I'm giving this Domino's 5 stars. Why? Because for some strange reason, which I can't quite pinpoint, it's the best Domino's... I've ever had. Hands down. I don't know if it's the sauce or cheese or the combo of it all but it's good. And consistently goodto. I've lived out East and eaten my share of Domino's but this one beats them all. So kudos to the staff there for doing whatyour doing, just keep on doing it. Read more
Last night I did curbside pickup. Order came fast but after driving all the way home order was wrong. I tried to called the... phone and no one answers. Drove back ,Guy at counter not even phased or apologized. As I was waiting the phone rang and rangwith no one answering. I will not be going back to this location. Read more
First of all, the man who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Didn?t even give me a chance to say my order like... that before hanging up on me, which led to me calling a second time. Second of all, the pizza took more than an hour to get tomy house when I know for a fact that it doesn?t take that long for pizza to make and deliver. They didn?t take their time on thewings and they were very mushy and disgusting, it honestly looks like they just threw the sauce onto the wings and called it aday. Order wings and pizza, wings super dry I asked to tossed them on a bowl since they just poured sauce on top of them. They... declined to do it. Drove 20 home just to find out they forgot the blue cheese. I called the store waited 10 minutes on hold thenspoke to a guy that seem to be high, he said I can pay a delivery fee to get the blue cheese I said no way. Dominoes is dominoes , convenient of you want late night pizza but with so many pizzerias that are rock solid on Nanuet and New... City, so Dominoes is definitely not the best place earlier in the day. Here is there secret, the lava cake desert.
