So this kicks off with phoning in an order and having a misunderstanding about payment. It's quicky resolved. However,... unbeknownst to us the cashier girl kept a grudge against us. So we order food again on a different night. We were regulars. Thistime we're picking up. They give us a time. We arrive and check in. "wait a bit" she says, okay no problem. Food comes out thatlooks awfully similar to what we ordered and gets placed on top of the pizza oven for the cashier girl to ring up. Sheacknowledges it but sits on her phone. I ask "is that ours?". "No" she responds, "I'll let you know when it's ready" Suspicious,I keep an eye on it but go back to waiting on my phone. Within the 20 minutes TWENTY MINUTES I waited, 4 patrons came to pick uptheir stuff and leave. Guess where my order was?! Exactly where I thought it was. Untouched since I first saw it. Sitting readyfor 20 minutes like I was. Presumably until she "punished" me enough, I guess. So I hope the owners of Pakulas see this andknow that because of the overgrown brat you got running the phone and cash register. You lose out on about 100 bucks a weekaveraged from when we were regulars. Not much. But she wins. We never went back after that. Read more
We ordered Meat lovers pizza, Buffalo wings and garlic knats. The pizza was extremely sour/salty and we lost the appetite... eating. The Buffalo wings was bland ! Everything was just bad. Read more
I want to like this place but many times I have been underwhelmed by what I receive. I feel like the food could be prepared and... presented with more attention, instead of throwing a piece of chicken on bread and calling it a sandwich. There are many placesI can get the same menu items for the same price, and better. So putting a little more care into how they make their food canpotentially set them apart and be more appealing. I have recently been sampling salads and they have been surprisingly good. Iwill order again eventually to see if anything changes, but it probably won't be for awhile. Read more
This place has amazing pizza and the people are nice but regarding our latest state of health in our country. They are not very... careful, employees should be wearing gloves when handling food. Especially if they have on acrylic nails, that isn’t sanitary.Please don’t touch my pizza with ur bare hands Read more
After trying many local pizzerias here in Rockland, none of them come close to Pakulas. As a matter of fact, they were all 2... star pizzerias. The pizza here was great! Ordered the margherita pizza and a side of the Irish nachos. Pizza was not greasy,ingredients were fresh, and most importantly the nachos and pizza arrived HOT and quick. Good job guys! Read more
Great Food. Had the Best Eggplant Rollentini Roll. Loved the Joe’s Raspberry Tea as well. I will definitely be back.
Best pizza spot in New city hands down. I travel 20 minutes for their delicious pizza. Always creative new slices and options.... Amazing create your own salads and incredible sandwiches and entrees. Really anything you get is delicious. High qualityingredients go into all their food. Great friendly service and staff. The owners are very friendly and always treat you right.Highly recommend!
