I was there at 12:15pm, most of the hot food dishes were empty. What was there was dried up, clearly leftovers. I used to enjoy ... eating at Bonanza, not anymore. For the hour I was there, only TWO fresh hot dishes were brought out. The rest sat empty for myvisit. No one who came out from the kitchen had any interest in filling up the hot food bar. Completely unacceptable. Teresa andShannon, the waitresses, were the only good thing about eating there. I won't be back for a long time. Read more

Well I would have to say my visit was very good everything on the breakfast buffet there was all hot and fresh the food was... delicious. And the service was excellent the server that was running the floor made sure every customer was taken care of thewhole time I was there I was very impressed. This place has been here since I was a child and I have eaten here probably a hundred times in my life. At one time it was... reasonably priced for reasonable quality food. Your average buffet. Unfortunately over the years the prices have continued toincrease albeit slightly while the quality has decreased right on par with many other places. That said they used to at leastprovide options making it worth stopping off in podunk New Columbia: for example a couple of extra dollars to add the entirefood bar to your entree. Now it will cost you another $5.50 to add medium quality food to the entree you are already paying for.The salad bar used to be affordable, but now cannot be purchased separately and instead you must buy the full food bar to getyour hands on that slightly dried out broccoli. My nostalgia for and visits to this establishment I finally come to aconclusion. On my most recent visit I reviewed the menu board then left without making a purchase for the first time in mylife. With the considerably better options in the area it is simply no longer worth it. Read more

My go-to place for a good steak. I have never had one I didn't like, and few that I didn't love - and at a reasonable price,... too. Great buffet, some really great staff as well. Highly recommended. Read more

Buffet was sparse. This dish, whatever it?s supposed to be, was never filled. Other dishes included liver and onions, bbq... chicken legs and thighs, Swedish meatballs and stuffed peppers. Mediocre, poor choices. Items not refilled. And it wasfreezing in there. I can?t stand freezing through a meal. Read more

Don?t be fooled by some of the lackluster photos here. This place really hits the spot and trust me you will get a lot of food.... We were driving back to NY and in the mood for a steakhouse off the I-80. After ordering our steaks we had access to a buffetwith yummy southern options. The staff is super friendly and the place is really clean. Reminds me of the Sizzler which I grewup with on Long Island. I?ll be looking for a Bonanza on my next road trip again. Read more
