Food is never served hot or fresh. Update...I asked them to make me fresh fries...I pulled into slot number 2 as asked...they... forgot about me...I went in...explained to the manager...again I was served cold fries...then I waited for hot fries...theythrew in a couple free pies...I don't need them nor do I eat them...still waiting on hot fries....approx 37 minutes from thetime I ordered my nephews French fries, we finally got them. This is not ok. If I am paying almost 10.00 for a small milkshakeand a large French fry...it's going to be served properly. P.S. they are still out of BBQ sauce. Read more
Absolutely awful service; within the past year, the entire Fast Food joint has gone downhill. The person who was working the... register was very distant and gave off a disrespectful aura. The self service devices had no paper for the recipes, so youdidn't know what number you were if you ordered something through the machine. I pressed the *NEED HELP* button on the saiddevice, two people saw that it was flashing... I waited until my food was called for. Within the ten minutes I waited patiently,no one came to the machine. When I had to go back in to place one final order, I wasn't given my Soda Cup when I ordered overthe counter. I had to wait an extra twelve minutes to finally ask if I could be given my Soda cup. Me and the people I livewith use to regular this McDonalds, and usually they'd mess up the orders constantly (Order something without Onions and it hasonions). However; the service would be phenomenal and the people working would be genuine and show some level of empathy. It waswhy I kept coming to this McDonalds, I understood their situation. I understand that fast food joints don't pay well, and theytreat their workers horrifically; I've seen it first hand... but this was just an awful experience, even for those standards. Iwill not be returning to this McDonalds; at least for a year or two, due to the poor customer service. (I apologize if thisgives off a rude or arrogant aura, I don't mean for it to come off as such. Last two times visiting this McDonald’s ive been giving uncooked food. This last time; the burger was so raw and greasy at the... same time. McDonald’s bag left grease on the table and the burger well left a nasty bloody taste in my mouth. Just nasty.Never again. ???????????????????? Read more
100% guaranteed that if you change the script, The world collapses and all hell breaks loose. Waited 30 mins for a quarter... pounder meal and nuggets. I asked for packets of ketchup and mustard. That caused chaos. The clientele is also a major issue,berating employees helps nothing. Since when do customers have the right to verbally abuse Mcdonald's employees? Need a cop atevery mcdonalds now just to witness the threats of violence. Read more

Last year, this was the McDonald's to go to. As of now, go to another one. They been getting progressively worse, and now it's... not even worth it. They parked me for 20 mins while the drive thru cleared out. After I was the only vehicle left, I went in toask what was going on. They forgot I was even there. No sorry. No apology for the wait. They just took my receipt and startedmaking my order, or so I thought. They got it wrong the first time. Went back. They got it wrong again. They're obviously tooinconvenienced by my visit to make my food right, so point taken. I won't bother you again. Read more
Stopped in a Saturday evening for two burgers, a fry, and drink. Told us to pull over because there was a wait. Over 10 cars... were waiting for orders. They should have been more honest about service before accepting money. Manager was doing his best butincorrigible service!!! Read more
