This Butcher is awesome. I have ordered a 70+ pound Roaster pig two years in a row and from the 1st phone call to the order pick... they have been just great to work with. Polite, professional and helpful. It is refreshing now adays to fine a place that placesquality of product, high degree of service and a commitment to fulfilling their promises. I would recommend this shop forquality, delivery promises kept and good old fashion customer service. Buy from these folks and you will not be disappointed. Weare feeding 50 people this weekend and thanks to Johnson's it will be a great sucess again. I look forward to ordering our 3rdpig next year. Read more

Steak and chicken tips were delicious. Also asparagus wrapped in bacon which we grilled. The crab cakes were very good and they... had a garlic aioloi that paired very well with them. Nice fresh veggies including big portobello mushrooms. Large supply oflocal beer. Highly recommend! Read more
