Was a nice Wawa in the center of town but recently overnight deli has been closed 80% of the time I go after I get out of work.... Also the elderly lady behind the counter thinking it's ok to fold slim Jim's in half for bagging purposes is unacceptable Idon't think anyone would appreciate this being done to any other item why is this not been address yet by management. When Ibrought it up she acted as if I was the first person to say something to her about it. Read more

Same lady that Would not allow me to use the hand wash sink about a year ago when I had cut myself on one of the thousand signs... in that store (paper cut) that lady just literally threw a coffee creamer from the register to the bagel process area halfwayacross the store. Is she kidding? Apparently when asked by an associate why she did this the dude she threw it at tossed aketchup pack at her prior. Can?t have it both ways and here guys. I bet that?s not part of customer policy. Maybe I?m notallowed to use the holy sink, even though helping a bleeding paying customer would be an honorable reason to break policy ... Idon?t see any honor in throwing stuff across the store.. at least wait until the customers are gone. Worst store ever Read more

Best wawa in the area! Staff is amazing and helpful! Managers are sweethearts and always take care of your needs with the... highest respect given to you! I go in there and feel like family, that feeling from a wawa is amazing. Everyone there is anabsolute doll! Not a single person in that store is rude! I had an asthma attack in wawa one day and one of the workers keptmaking sure I was ok even though I said I was ok, she was worried and actually calmed me down as I felt like I was going to passout! I wish I knew her name because that girl deserves a raise! I?m sure I?ll find out her name soon and let the managers knowhow grateful I was that she was there for me. You won?t get treatment like this at any other wawa. Honestly this store needs tobe remodeled to be bigger because it?s packed every time I go there! ?? This wawa and the employees! Read more

Poor customer service (PCS). I needed to use the bathroom and the attendant behind the counter said "We don't have a bathroom."... This is not to say that the attendant is a bad person, as I believe he was doing exactly as he was instructed/taught by hisleadership at that location. My problem with the statement "WE DON'T HAVE A BATHROOM" is very simple - they serve food!!! I amcertain the HEALTH DEPARTMENT would have a field day with this location. By the way, where do the employees of this locationuse the bathroom, more importantly where do they wash their hands in order to prepare food items??? The WAWA District Managershould visit this location in COGNITO to experience what I've said. I understand that I don't live in the fine community, but Iwould not want to live in an area which will-not allow access to a bathroom. If you cant grant access, at least say why. Yes Iwould leave angry but at least I've been given a reason. Moving forward I will make every attempt to AVOID any WAWA in myfuture travels and certainly recommend my friends to avoid these stores. If you you've read this far, be aware - you may betold to go away because: "they don't have a bath-room!" This goes far above PCS, but it raises to the level of I don't careabout you. If you happen to be the WAWA public relations or media person, before you attempt to reply/comment. Conduct yourown research, visit a location and attempt to "Ask to use the bathroom." or save yourself the trip and review any tapes you mayhave from locations. Somewhere in your organizations mission statement must be... "Grow the business by providing the most...."(I don't know what the mission statement is, but I suspect it something along that line. I could be totally wrong). I don'tknow exactly why this one episode/visit has made me so sour on this organization. First impressions make lastingimpressions. I asked to use the restroom staff said it wasn't public and said no while giving me dirty looks. Right after someone else asked... to use it and they let that person but not the 5 month pregnant women. PS I was a paying customer and the other person was not. Read more
