Need to go through another staff recruitment for the entire location. I understand when grills "go down" or the short staffing... across the country. But when you're working...get your phone out of your face. Everyone has the same work ethic here. CustomerService is a joke. I know it's NOT fine dining by any means. I honestly try not to complain about places but this is the second time I've been to Mickey D's and got in a Big Mac and... McNuggets and the McNuggets for almost dehydrated. They were so dry, and the big Mac wasn't very good either. My iced caramel mocha wasn't an iced caramel mocha. It was regular coffee with non flavored creamer. One in a blue mood it's... made right. So tired of getting some nasty tasting regular coffee with non favored creamer that's supposed to be a simple icedcaramel mocha. Next time I get some bs it's not going to be me keeping my mouth shut about it so this McDonald's needs to startmaking my drink right. Read more

Ridiculously slow service. There were at least two employees that were just wandering around not doing anything that should have... been helping out. We didn't have a large order...just a large fry and a half cut tea (half sweet/half unsweet). They didn't havethe tea out with the soft drink machines, so we had to wait for them to do it. It took at least 15 minutes to get the 2 items weordered. The fries were hot, but hadn't been salted at all, so my husband went back to the counter to as for packets of salt. Hestood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged and decided to step thru the doorway back into the truck stop conveniencestore and grabbed salt packets from their self-serve food area. After finishing our snack, we asked for a refill of the tea totake with us and waited yet another 6 minutes for that. Best McDonald's I've ever been to! All of the employees are very kind and helpful, and are always going out of their way to give... their customers a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this McDonald's specifically. Somebody give these people an award! ???? Read more
For some reason McDonald's CANNOT GET MY ORDER RIGHT WHEN I WANT A FISH FILLET WITH NO CHEESE EXTRA PICKLE AND TOMATOES.
I was in a dire need of wifi when my phone went bonkers and paid wifi network at the Love's didn't work either. So McDonald's... became my knight in the shining armor.
