Shake machine was down. Drive through took over 15 minutes. Fries were cold.
I ordered a double roast beef and a large fresh crinkle fry. The fries were definitely fresh and hot! I will give credit for the... fries! The sandwich was warm too! The fact that we waited roughly 15 minutes for my food is what upsets me! Seriously, the fryerwent off twice, with plenty of time to spare. There was no explanation offered, nor was there an apology given! I definitelyunderstand there is an employee shortage, but the lack of customer service is disgusting! Don't screw up our orders nearly as much as they used too. So I guess they're doing better. Food is good, service is ok.
I came in at 8:30pm last night and it was the only place I could get a semi in I walk in with hungery kids and get told we close... the lobby a 9:00 pm and the only way I could order is go through the drive through how am I suppose to take a semi with a 48 ftreefer trailer through the drive through I ended up finding something to eat in the gas station. that might be the last time Igo to that arbys location and pluse I was the atleast 2 other times there before around the same time and was told that theyare closed but on google it said they are closed at 10pm. Service was incredibly slow; I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes! The kid handed me my food, without saying a single word. No... thank you, no apology for the wait, nothing! And it was cold! Went there and paid 10$ for two bacon beef and cheddars. Asked for extra cheese and red ranch and they never put it on buy still... charged me. Used to be so much better! Just terrible service lately. Read more
