Ordered a large order of food at the drive thru. The food was excellent and you could tell it was freshly prepared. The customer... service was excellent. James at the window was friendly. Breea and Tina were spot on with the order even though it was a bigorder. Kuddos to all of you at the BK in Shrewsbury. It is a tough time right now in world with many staffing issues, but yourservice and quality does not go unrecognized. When I am in the area I will stop by to get a great tasting meal with greatservice. Way to go! Read more
This place is filthy and the health department needs to shut them down. The dining room floor was sticky and disgusting. The... kitchen was littered with buns, chicken fingers, and paper trash all over the floor. Multiple employees drinking sodas on theback line without washing their hands. The older woman making the burgers had a nasty cough and was coughing over her shoulder,admittedly away from the burgers she?s making but at the grill and fryers. Had to get my money back and leave. Waited in line for 45 minutes. The boy at the window looked like he was 13 or younger, yet still our food was hot, our food... was accurate and all was accounted for. Was worth the wait to get it right. Great job Read more
Absolutely disappointing. Lots of disgruntled guests. Poor service for multiple guest in the time I was eating, myself included.... Ordered our food, watched as other guest who ordered after us got their food before us. Had to go up to the counter after tenminutes to remind them we even had an order at all. Finally got our meals and my sandwich was completely the wrong one. Had towait again to get the right one finally. Ate it as another guest was arguing at the front counter over more wrong orders. Usedto be a great place with precise and strong staffing but wow, really just disappointing now. Read more
This is a clean Burger King. The service was lightning fast. The food was ready before I had my drink cup filled. The dining... area was clean, and there are TV's around for entertainment if you're dining alone. The food was delicious; the fries were saltyand hot and the chicken sandwich was perfect. The bathroom is enormous: I'm not exaggerating when I say they could probably fita Smart car in the handicap stall. Read more
I only use drive-through. Gals are very nice, but it is by far the slowest fast food place in the world. Only go if you want... to spend 10 or 15 minutes waiting. The last time was much better. Read more
