I struggle with this review. We ordered curbside pickup of the Thanksgiving feast. We sat in the pkg lot for almost an hour. The... manager apologized and comped us a future meal to make up for it. That was great and we appreciated it greatly. The food wasawesome and hot. So you may wonder why the lower rating. Well unfortunately I called after waiting 1/2 hour and the woman thatanswered was a bit rude. She actually told me I should come in side and see that they are very busy. (I was sitting in a halfempty pkg lot) what could I say? We received our food 30 min later. We stopped to check the food as we were 45 min from home anddiscovered the butter ,pies and cranberry sauce packed with the hot food. And the potatoes missing. Returned to the restaurantand they brought me out a tray of hot potatoes but I had to ask for a bag so I wouldn't burn my hands. No apology this time.Since the quality and quantity of the food was very good for the price we will try this again. Read more

Food was middle of the road at best. Service was really good. Portions are hit or miss. Potato Casserole fell flat. It was... undercooked and flavorless. My half a piece of bacon was disappointing. The ham slice was crisp around the edges but still alittle cold in the center. It seems like I may have caught them on a bad day. Because this is not Cracker Barrel I remembered. Read more

Good food and service...team work to make sure food is served without hesitation. I gave a $15 tip to the waitress and she... offered to give the tip I had for the young lady who brought our food to us for her. When I asked for the server/busgirl ourwaitress told me she had left for the night. :( However, our waitress said she would give her the $5 tip to her the next day.:) That is how it should be...watch out for one another, honesty and team work...it makes the dreams work! Love this place! Awesome customer service! Had so much fun shopping in the store. There is something here for everyone. I'm... thinking about going back to do my Christmas shopping. The prices are really reasonable. The menu offers country cooking itemslike biscuits and gravy, fresh vegetable soup, corn muffins, chicken and dumplings and turkey and stuffing as well as grilledcheese sandwiches and fries. I enjoyed Cracker Barrel. The service was awesome and I found some great gifts and Christmas decorations too.

Never again. 45 minute wait for food. After requesting the kids food, all the food was served in 2 minutes. So why did I have... to ask? When food was delivered the grilled chicken tender loins was missing 3 tender loins and the Mac and cheese. When Ipointed out a side was missing I was asked if I wanted it. Of course I wanted it, I ordered it. I Questioned the portion ofchicken and was told it was correct. I had to get a manager who then confirmed that my meal was portioned incorrectly. The kidsmeal had more fries than my dinner. I had to ask for my check and I still had to wait. At the register, I was not greeted orask about my meal or thanked and was not offered a bag for my store purchases. Read more

I took my daughter to cracker barrel today for her birthday. Arrive to the counter and received no greeting just silence.... Working in service myself years ago that is not the expectation. However, our waitress was mannerly and attentive. Food came outin a very timely manner.So great job service and Kitchen staff ?.hostess ???????? please improve!!. Read more

I feel Cracker barrel is not the same as it once was. We had a nice lunch. However the food was average and my normal highlight... is visiting the store. Visiting during their Christmas season I expected much better. The items were cheap looking, overpricedand little variety. The normal nostalgia I felt looking through the store was gone. The restaurant ceiling seemed to not havebeen cleaned in quite some time. Beware if they turn their ceiling fans on as they are full of dust. See pictures. Read more
