took over a hour to get pizza made wrong arrived cold chicken bites cold
I had ordered delivery, 110$ worth of food. Ordered 1 large pizza, 1 large stuffed crust pizza, 16pc un sauced chx wings (for... gf with allergies) jalapeño pops. I received 2 large pizzas with no stuffed crust, 6pc chix with sauce. Only reason why I amgiving an extra star is because the manager was super nice about it when I drove back after the delivery and had re made 2 of mysides. I was gonna come back in with an extra tip, on-top of the tip I already gave the driver, for the manager for being sonice, but realized later that the crust wasn?t stuffed and it would have been too far out to of my way for gas. I have been eating here every Friday for approximately the last two years. The staff is always pleasant, courteous, and... respectful. I know it's a chain restaurant but to me it's just as good as the local shops. Since Nov. 2021 they've beenstruggling with staffing like many businesses. I encourage anyone eating here not to take it out on the employees! I'd like tothank all them for their service to our community! Read more
Food is typically good; however, the delivery drivers either ignore the delivery notes or circumnavigate your requests. Tonight,... I was greeted with a delivery driver at my living room window, because I had requested they leave the food at the door and notknock or ring the door bell. Creepy. Will be looking into Doordash, UberEats, etc. Read more
We were told to wait 20 minutes. Ok fair enough, we wanted 20 minutes came back they said it'll be another 15 minutes. Came back... and waited 5 to 10 more minutes to get our pizza. They didn't even get the order right . Read more
Ordered online. No one shows for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Call to find out they're short staffed and needed us to come pick up the... food. No phone call to tell us that? Ok then. Drive up to get the food and remind them to refund the delivery fee and driver tiptotaling approximately $10. Filed a feedback form on their site. Never heard back, never got my money refunded. For starters we always order from this papa Johns and never really had any issues until today. I placed the order for 2 XL Xtra... cheese pizzas. I get them home and realize they were only cheese and the box said 16" and the cost was for a 16" but the size ofthe pizzas were ridiculous. We order enough to know the right size. They made the slices so SMALL & made 10 slices. We werereally disappointed to pay that much for the size of those pizzas. I could have gotten a large pizza from somewhere else thatwas bigger then the ones I got today????????????????????????????????. Read more
