Shannon is easily the best waitress we have ever had. She was so sweet and such a warm light from the second she walked up to... the table that we weren't even mad when our food was less than expected (more of a menu issue than a waitress or chef issue) Itwas clear the she had other tables demanding a lot of her and she didn?t lose her kindness or patience once. She made sure wewere well taken care of and felt comfortable asking for things we needed. Give Shannon a raise and Christmas bonus! She deservesit!! Read more
Having been to Ruby's in a few different locations while traveling. It has always been an enjoyable experience. Till today. We... where seated promptly. The restaurant was not busy. It was sunny out when we sat down. But when we ordered the sun was goingdown. The bulb over out table was flashing. (It was loose) no offer to change tables as said many open tables. They where out ofmy first choice. The food was slow to arrive. My medium bacon cheeseburger was well done and the bacon was hard. I am verydisappointed. Read more
Waitress Allison was enthusiastic and pleasant. Allison did everything she could to make our dining experience pleasurable. She... even went out of her way to cook my steak herself because she thought it was going to slow in the kitchen, and wanted to makesure we got our dinner in a timely fashion. They were short staffed but very open about that fact and I appreciated their management was not seating every party that walked... in the door right away in order to not overwhelm their waitstaff. Once we got seated, waitress was nice and food was exactly howyou would expect and would trust it to be. Definitely one of my favorite Ruby Tuesdays in the area ???? Read more

Decided to stop at Ruby Tuesdays on the way back home to DC. The food and drinks were very good. This place was fine. Salad bar was good and kept at a nice temp, the service was good, the view was really nice (on a hill). My... seafood tilapia was a bit salty (saltier than creole) but really my fault, the Rube is where you go for burgers, ribs, and saladbar. The grilled zuke/rice pilaf both good. The salad bar did not disappoint. Crab dip was okay. Next time I am going to stickwith their legendary burgers with the salad bar! Read more
