So, I pulled up at 730 in the evening. The drive threw menu has a few bulbs burnt out so I couldn't read most of it. I asked a... question and lovely miss attitude refused to help me. I explained I couldn't see the menu because I have a DISABILITY and shecouldn't care less. Nice customer service Culver's. Maybe compassion should be part of your training model. ???? Update: Myfriend went inside to order and turns out it was the MANAGER who was so rude and snarky about them ordering a new board. Noapology again no compassion just more attitude. I am sure every person who went to New Glarus Brewery assuming there would be food at the brewery has stopped here after... visiting and tasting. Myself included. God bless this Culver's and its location. Read more
Hands down the worst service I've ever received at Culver's. The indoor was closed and we tried to walk through the drive... through and they wouldn't take our order at the speaker, we had to wait till we were at the window. Ludicrous!! This place isa mess and they have rodents running around the building. Avoid this Culver's at all cost!!! UPDATED: I did hear from amanager who claimed that staffing (due to illness) prohibited them from providing good customer service. I still think theycould better serve their customers if they could share employees between restaurants when one gets so short on staff that theycan't operate portions of the business. Read more

Staff is always very friendly and attentive. The drive thru line can be long at certain times of the day, so I prefer to order... my food online and pick it up curbside. Overall this is one of the best fast food places in Freeport based on quality of thefood and how much the staff cares. Read more
