Ever since new management took over restaurant hasn?t been the same. Only about 2 good waitresses that work there. Edit..... Owner stepped up and corrected the issue. The below stands, but at least the owner made it right. I have since... returned. I ordered the big crave. It was brought to me by another waitress who wasn't the girl who took our order. We sat andwaited for plates. They never came. So we ate it off the aluminum/tin pan with our knifes and forks. Not once did our waitresscheck in with us. Ran out of drinks half way through the meal. Our waitress was at the table just over from us 7. Yes 7 times.Even when we were finished our meal it was almost 15mins before she came to get our dishes (which was just a pan because we hadno plates. I asked for another drink. 10mins later she came with the bill and no drink. We weren't even asked if we wanteddessert. The wife and I will not be back here. The wait for our food was a long one, which we expected as there was only one server working. This would have been okay if the... food had been good. The lasagna was still cold and one person waited so long that he had to get it as take out because everyoneelse had finished eating and he still didnt have his meal. It wasn't worth the price we paid and we will not be going backagain. Read more
East River Rd., New Glasgow, Nova Scotia location. My wife and I went there for lunch and were very disappointed. The server... was very friendly and attentive, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, but the food was terrible. We got chicken na'ansandwiches that were soggy and sloppily made, my side of fries were not cooked/extremely soggy, and my wife's salad wassoggy/had stale croutons like it had been made the day before. For over 30$ it was a terrible lunch. The place only had 3 othertables being served at the time, not like they were swamped. I would not recommend, take your hard earned money elsewhere. Read more
Great spot to get a meal. Had their new Crave pizza and Caesar salad was delicious. Service was great. Highly recommend.
This pizza delight has gotten a lot better since the last time my friends and I have gone (a year or so ago)! Quick friendly... service. Lunch time meal portions were great for lunch (a little small, but good!) we got served within the time of our lunchbreak. Thank you! Read more
Went to this restaurant with family for the very first time and I can easily say 2 things - it will be for the last and hands... down, one of the worsts In dining experience ever. Had to wait 45 mins to get the order & no it wasn't busy, there were may be2-3 tables with a couple of people at each table (all we ordered was an appetizer & 2 dinner dish) when I went to check up onthe order post the 45 mins, couldn't find anyone so hung around the front of the counter & saw the server coming out of thekitchen talking on the phone so I got the hand signals & finally she said she will have someone else run the food out to usbecause she was busy fixing a problem with the debit machine. 5 mins later the cook comes out with 2 orders of food (theappetizer & 1 dinner dish) only for us to taste & find out that it was cold & full of grease, rice was stuck together & turnedsoggy & into lumpy balls, chicken skillet was not sizzling hot like it's supposed to be & overly sweet & didn't have the tossedsauce we asked for. When we told the cook about all that he said he will bring fresh plate of appetizer, little did we know,other than the garlic breads everything else on the appetizer plate was reheated & of course overcooked even burnt. For apology,we got excuses that there was only 1 server and 1 cook running the restaurant. We couldn't even finish one full portion/plate offood, just Tried bits & pieces. Paid for the food in full. Terrible because my kids used to enjoy this place! We were in one evening food was alright but the waitress was more interested... in chatting with her friends that were at another table. We were not given condiments or asked howthe meal was, after 45 minutesI had to ask for the bill which totally ticked her off and gave us attitude and sighs. My kids then asked to try it again so wetried again . This time we couldn't even get seated. Everyone must have been on break because no one came out to seat us. Wewaited near 10 minutes before we choose to leave and go to the EAST SIDE DRIVE IN where we had Great Service and a lovely meal.Thanks Pizza Delight! Read more
