Okay let's settle this once and for all ..I know that management from Tim Hortons is going to see this and plus 100s of other... people also .. To be honest these workers at the takeout windows and the one's that take the orders on via intercom REALLY HAVETO TAKE A COURSE IN ATTITUDE MANAGEMENT...I'm not pregidous by no means but when does a A LARGE BLACK COFFEE SOUND LIKE A DOUBLE ,DOUBLE? Being a cridick for the past several years has a major influence on costumers that go to restraunts like this.. This isn't the first time this happened at this store but at other stores also .. The staff is extremely unpleasant. I dont expect much but I'm definitely not going there anymore to be scowled at. 5 minute wait... while the staff ignores you and decides whos job it is to wait on you, then they just walk to the cash register and stand therespeechless, no "hello", no "what can I get you" They just stand there looking miserable.
