During the daytime hours, amazing staff and friendly service and would recommend them always. But night time is a whole... different story? Finished a shift last night at 11:30pm and wanted a bite to eat as I hadn?t eaten anything all day, was singlestaffed at work so I couldn?t leave to eat, finished my shift, drove over to the resturant and was told that they weren?t takingorders, even though I was able to submit an order request on the McDonald?s App. I asked why and I was given a lame excuse asthe ?system was offline?, which as an ex McDonald?s employee I knew that wasn?t the case in a 24/hr location as the system onlygoes offline when it?s manually shut down. Was incredibly disappointed, even tried driving to the two McDonald?s in Stratfordand both were closed as well. Went home absolutely infuriated and hungry. Read more
Food is alright but when you get out late from work and it's the skeleton crew that likes to make you wait. Your orders can take... 10 - 20 minutes. Don't go between 0:30-1:30 the staff block off the drive through with pylons and say their system is down andrebooting while they screw around on the eating lounge. Read more

All new staff is needed and ones who understand English and speak English. Reviews are written and the manager if there is one... is supposed to read these reviews oh and maybe reply to them. We are paying for food that is to be freshand is sitting all day.And LISTENING to the orders and not screwing them up on purpose or accidently. Get your staff on board and do things right oreventually you will have No customers. I for one am fed up. Double cheeseburger had sticker no pickles guess what there werepickles on it the burger overloaded with Ketchup meat stale not even fresh. The only thing fresh was the tea. The drivethru is NEVER open past 11pm for various ?reasons?. Went by tonight at midnight and staff were putting milk cartons... across to close it. When I asked what the reason was this evening I was rudely ignored. Really? Don?t even bother saying yourdrivethru is 24/7 when it?s never open. Read more
It's McDs so the food is the same no issues. Was satisfied with my order. The reason for the 3 star. They did not care to help... anyone in store what so ever. They left myself and many others the whole time while serving several cars. Not crazy busy butbusy. The team would just stand in position waiting for food and pretending not to see people waiting on counter. Read more

This location is a joke! Claims to be 24/7. Went in for breakfast this morning. Drive threw closed. Doors locked. Employees... outside smoking & the rest sitting around inside chatting. Completely ignored me. Won?t waste my time going to this place again. Read more
