I am only giving one star because I had to to write this review. Terrible pizza extremely burnt got garlic knots as well also... extremely burnt. Was not even edible. Will not be returning. I stopped in today for some slices around 1pm. The had pepperoni and canadian available. I noticed immediately that the staff... was prompt and friendly. It took him no time time to heat up my slices and have me on my way. There?s amble parking as thislocation is attached to a dollar store as well. Read more

Where is the 10 star option? New Orleans Pizza, New Hamburg, you guys make the very best pizza. The crust is crispy but yet it's... pillowy and the sauce is very tasty. I have tried other pizza recently at family gatherings so I'm not imagining anything here.I've been given leftover pizza to take home that I could not eat out. That being said, I actually like leftover pizza,re-heated or cold. Please, please do not change your recipe. We usually order a large, 1/2 veggie (for me) (it's sooo delicious)and the other 1/2 could be anything, depending on what my sons wants that day. This is what I call comfort food! Absolutely one of the best take out pizza I have had in years. We were in town for one night on Sunday Thanksgiving and it was a... last minute choice. So glad we did, the flavour was incredible, it was just that damn good. Well made, too bad that they arentin our area of Pembroke. Read more
Will Not Be Returning. Approx 5pm on May 1st 2017 I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 large pepperoni 1 medium extra cheese. This is what i... saw when i got home and opened them up. This is about the 3rd meal that's been disappointing here. The District Manager evenserved this pizza to me!!! This is what i got when i emailed them and filed a complaint. I'm sorry to hear you weredisappointed with your pizza. To ensure that our customers receive a consistent product every time at every location, NewOrleans Pizza has standard portion amounts for all ingredients. For each pizza the number of pepperoni pieces are counted andthe cheese is weighed. As you stated, I made your pizza and therefore I know you received the proper portions as set by our headoffice.
