Edit: dropping my rating. The quality and attention has really slipped with this place. Back in may, they sent a moulding... cheese cake. I called and complained and was told, it was supposed to be thrown out. Then why was it still frozen? This was alame excuse at best. Either someone took it out the garage, as that excuse implied, or they have moulding food in the freezer.Either way I felt lied too. I was promised another cheese cake with my next order. This brings me to our next order in June. Nocheese cake as I was told. Not too bothered by that, as I didn't really want one. But what the real problem was; they placedthe dipping sauce, in THE MIDDLE OF THE PIZZA. The outside of the food packaging was now embedding in the pizza. The boxeshave cut out to hold the dipping sauce, but it appears the shape is now round instead of square. Put them in a bag orsomething. There is no way the outsides of these sauces are cleaned. Usually we have no issues ordering g from twice the deal new hamburg. Food is always hot, and taste great. However, last night... we ordered online and a hour went by with no delivery(very unusual for them because it's usually here in 30 minutes) so I calledand was told that the online ordering crashed! Which is fine I understand that things like this can happen. What I don'tunderstand is when our pizzas arrived they were both made with the incorrect toppings. So it took just about 90 minutes forthem to arrive which I understand that circumstance, however knowing that the pizzas should have had the correct toppings. Read more
I ordered 3 Large pizzas and 2lbs of wings using the online system. It was easy to select which toppings I wanted on which sides... of the pizzas. They were well done as requested and the wings were fantastic! My order was perfect and ready when requested (Iordered earlier on in the day) for pickup. This place had quality food :) If I could ask for anything it would be, please addroasted red peppers and fresh basil as possible toppings. Read more
