3 pm on a friday.. Ordered 4 simple Mcdoubles, large fry and a soda. Fries were just awful couldn't even eat them, I've never... had Fries that old and disgusting they were beyond soggy. They were limp and tasteless like they were left out for days..seriously Yuck.. Burgers were no better, dry and burnt, smushed flat and tasteless and didn't even look like meat to be honest.Pretty sure our food was a day old or longer. Never going to this McDonald's again. Past experience of this location would have been a 1. We were there with a large group after a soccer game, so I understood they... were busy and they did look understaffed. However my simple order took over an hour to get... this is not fast food. We had toask 2x and were told both times they were currently working on it. People that came in long after us had already received theirfood, eaten and left. We ended up having to take it to go to get my daughter to her second soccer game in time. They ended upgiving me a full refund, however it should never have happened. But my rating did increase after this recent visit. My daughterfinished her softball game late at night and all the kids were hungry, I didn't really want to go here again. But we live 45minutes away and they needed to eat, so we went throught the drive through. The person who took our order was very nice andunderstanding. My 3 yo twins were yelling and it was hard for her to hear me and me to hear her. She was very patient. Theperson who gave us our food was also very pleasant, we had a short wait on chicken nuggets but it was less than a minute and shesaid we could just wait at the window. We ended up being short a slushy, it wasn't on the receipt and I wasn't upset becauselike I said my kids were loud. So I just asked if I could get one quick and pay for it there and she just grabbed me one forfree and apologized. It was a very smooth interaction during a stressful time. Read more
