I?ll be fair about this critique. I have never eaten there before until a couple of weeks ago where we ordered a few subs... sandwiches, so all I can comment on is the quality of their sandwiches and not the other food. I was disappointed that they didnot have a large variety of what items you could include in a sandwich like banana peppers, jalapeños, pickles, olives. Notonly were the sandwiches the most blandest and tasteless I?ve ever had but the crust on the bread was tough and you had to tugon it with your teeth to get a bite of the sandwich as if it was not fresh bread. The first time I called the guy put me on hold. I waited a good 5 minutes then decided to hang up and call back. He then... answered sounding miserable said it would be about 30-45 minutes, which it took longer. My garlic knots were still extremelydoughy with no sauce in the container and the pizza was cold. Mind you I called about 11:15 right around opening time. They needto hire better people with better customer service skills. Read more
