Order wrong: every single time. Online order late 10-30 minutes consistently. Absolutely brutal experience every time I order... from here. I come back every 6 months saying "this time it will be different" and then I'm quickly reminded why I just don't buyfrom here anymore. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. It will be a better experience building your own grill from scratch,raising all of your veggies and animals, actually building and maintaining a rice paddy and harvesting it. Take all that effortand cook your own meal and it will actually be quicker than ordering from here. Read more

Place has been in new Hartford for qhat seems like 10 years. And I've never even thought about eating here. Until today the wife... and I wanted salads. Wow. The menu is awesome not only do they have pre made salads and wraps. But you can "build you own" whichwe did, I got the spicy broccoli and rice salad I can't even remeber what I out on it but wow it was awesome!! Healthy options, hot or cold options and lots of choices. Like how they will customize or you can create your own. Plenty of... seating and seems popular enough without being over crowded. They could do with better schedule for maintaining the place withtopping up utensils and emptying the trash cans but maybe they’re short staffed today. Read more

This restaurant is a gluten free / food allergy person's dream come true! We ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad and 2 freshly made... lemonades, and they were exquisite. The staff walked us though the concept of the eatery and were even kind enough to offer usfree tasting samples. We'll definitely be back again! Read more
Returned to this place after a while as I like their food. While the staff is friendly and food is good, hygiene of the place... seems to have degraded. Bathroom was dirty and things were out of order. A big red flag for a food business. Read more
