My wife and I moved away from Utica in 2006 and have missed this places blueberry glaze donuts ever since. Moved back up north... a few weeks ago and checked to see if you were still around. These donuts are so good! Super sweet and perfect texture:) Excellent service- I wasn't even a customer today when I walked in... asking for directions. Love the cinnamon twists and the cinnamon plain donuts. The best I have had since I moved back into the area. The problem is... they are often out of both these selections by 10am. Supply and demand Daylight Donuts. How hard would it be to just make moreof these and less of the many others that sit of the shelf most of the day? Please make more cinnamon and cinnamon twists! I?ve visited several times and about half the time it?s great and half the time it?s a miserable experience. The staff... struggled to fill my coffee order (two coffees with milk) I ended up getting more milk than coffee. My breakfast sandwich wasstill frozen in the middle. Food was handed over haphazardly and employees were? annoyed, Other times the food was great?fresh,hot, delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful. Again, it?s hit or miss. So, three stars because you never know but I hopethings settle out soon. Read more

I am so disgusted???? bc I just went to pick up my snowflake rolls that I ordered at 920am on Nov 10 and of course I was not on... the list!!!???? . Most likely due to the incompetence of one of their workers. The voice in my head said " call to confirm"and I ignored it. Thanks incompetent worker for making my first order there a failure.????
