While the food was okay, somewhat, the wait was not. One item of mine sat on the counter, done for 6 minutes while I waited for... the second item. There was only one person ahead of me and there wasn?t any reason for it. This is why I don?t go there veryoften anymore. So while my burger was hot, the hot dog wasn?t. One of the worst experiences I?ve had picking up food. A large order placed to go, made the milkshakes ten minutes before they... finished the order, and then proceeded to finish every order that came in after ours. People walked in and out of the restaurantwhile I waited. The had finished all sandwiches and also let those sit for at least fifteen minutes before deciding to give usour fries, and instead kept making fries and giving them to orders that were there significantly after this one had been placed.The only person who was a good worker there was the woman at the register, and she?s the reason this got two stars instead ofone. Long story short, don?t place large to go orders for your office. You?re better off ordering else where. Read more
I ordered 2 all the way burgers with bacon and one of the burgers was supposed to have 3 patties. My husband confirmed these... items when they called our order and the gentleman said it's all here sir. We took the bag and left. When we got home none ofthe extra stuff we ordered and paid for was there. I used to love this place but I will never go here again. Waste of money. Ido not recommend this place to anyone. Read more

You can't beat the fries, nothing like fresh. The prices are super reasonable. Great fries and burgers, but def check your order... before you leave. Hate that they leave the bacon to get all cold and hard sitting around most the time, instead of making itfresh. Workers kind of seemed to not care in the slightest, except maybe one... Kind of ruined the burgers, especially becausethey forgot the bacon and I had to put it on myself because they didn't want to remake it. Read more
My favorite burger joint here..oh yeah!..they use peanut oil to fry their all natural French Fries...its pricey but your paying... for quality "pink slime free" meat..the burgers here are the bomb!! Read more
