Person did not know what she was doing!! Couldn't even find the barbecue sauce and got my food all wrong. Was supposed to be... mint ice cream was cookies and cream and there was no receipt for it on top of gave me rib sandwich melt and fries instead ofbeef stroganoff!!! Read more
Where we are from, our Friendly's has been closed for almost 10 years and we couldn't wait to come visit this location since it... was close to where we were staying. We came for ice cream around 9pm. This location seemed staffed and capable of handling ourparty. They were not busy...yet it took 30 minutes to get our ice cream once ordered. Your restaurant was very dirty. Somethingthat was so nostalgic for me turned out to be a huge disappointment. Read more

Friendly's has been a local favorite for a long time. They always have wonderful service, and a great atmosphere. They have lots... to choose from menu wise, kids meals, and what's not to love about their ice cream? It's nice to see a company that has stuck totheir roots. I walked in after a rough day for an ice cream. I was greeted by Kayla (manager) who gave off so much positivity. I was served... by Angela, quick friendly and an absolutely joy. I watched her do her job with such joy that I was slightly envious of the job Ihave. My ice cream was spot on (thanks Marquissa). I ate the whole thing, and I rarely do so. Me and my daughter decided to go here to get some appetizers and ice cream one night when much else was closed. The food was... good, though we only had the appetizer sampler. Ice cream was good, though I asked for a bowl and got a extra tall sundae glass.Also asked for light sauce and it was loaded. The waitress was okay. I had to ask 3 separate times for a children's menu andcrayons for my daughter, finally getting up to get them myself from the hostess stand. The tables were not clean, including theone we were seated at. This is despite the restaurant being practically empty. The menus were disgusting. Clearly super dirty.Despite the fact that right now, restaurants are recommended to use throw away menus, or at the least required to sanitize themenus after each use. Something they clearly didn't do in the slightest. Crayons were also reused, despite again, it beingrecommended they not be right now. Read more
Very poor service! Waitress was very rude! After finally seated with a scowl on her face she went around to every other table &... kept saying I'll be with u. Went to leave & waitress said "who cares"! Definitely will never be going back! Plenty of otherplaces to eat! Read more
