My order was messed up I complained to staff who told me it doesn't matter that I'm paying tohave this cause the food is already... made and been picked up then she hung up. My order had not been picked up yet it sat there for ten more minutes so I also gotand old sandwich made the wrong way was lied to an disrespected. My girlfriend and I attempted to place a online order on the subway site for pickup. The website charged my card and then said... an error occurred causing the order to not be processed, this was very frustrating. So I stopped in and explained what happenedand one of the employees (Paul) helped us resolve the situation and was able to get us the subs that we ordered after all.
