Our waitress was rude and commented on what we ordered, called my friend "boring" multiple times and compared her to a child for... her order. Forgot multiple parts of our order and when we asked received attitude back. Asked again after food was pretty muchdone for a side and received jokes about the fact we didn't receive it. Understand places are short staffed, but that was noexcuse to be rude to your customers. Read more
Haven’t gone there i a long time. Used to really like it. Went this time and the place was empty. 7 couples in bar area and... that’s it. Our meal was still good but the waitress/bartender gave horrible service. Never got my beer till just before mymeal came out. The hostess guy did a better job then she did. I ended up calling to order just because I've had trouble with doordash and those type of places before but I have to say all... the food was hot all the food was fresh it was the best Uno experience I have had in years I did order my pasta with extra sauceso that's why it's so Saucy and I did order my pizza crispy so that's why it's a little bit brown but it's absolutely perfectfor my liking Kudos to you Uno New Hartford for making my trip totally worthwhile Read more
Bar was absolutely filthy, crumbs all over the top along with dirty dishes. I could understand if they were busy but this was... def not the case. Bar top was extremely sticky all the way around! Bartender was not friend at all. We stayed a total of maybe20 mins max and left. Read more
Had not been to Uno in quite sometime, my husband and I decided to go for something different. Needless to say, very... disappointing. Should have realized when there was only one other table where there were patrons seated. Table was so stickythat my menu actually made what was equivalent to a removal of tape noise. We ordered an appetizer, pizza skins, came out barelywarm, and had to wait for the waiter to reappear to ask for the sour cream that was supposed to be served with it. Meals werevery lack luster and although we had a coupon (15) bill was still just under $50. (No alcohol ordered). SAD to say the least. Read more
