The food tasted fine however the Caesar salad came in a paper container that could hold no more than a cup of ingredients. Half... of it croutons and then three pieces of cut up romaine lettuce. I would have rather they just said they were out of ingredientsand refunded my money. Read more
Thanks sent to Manager Will for going above and beyond in fixing a mistake on my dinner bill. The electronic pay table display... was switched on several tables so when my bill was paid it was for another table and twice the amount. This particular Chili'swas one of the best around but by Manager Will's quick response to that billing error..made this an outstanding business. Onethat still cares about their customers. BTW..for Sunday football fans this just might be the place to go with friends, family oreven alone. Horrible service when we went. Not even horrible it was NO service. Dining area was not busy but not dead, sat for about 20... minutes and not a single person came to our table, or surrounding tables. 3 tables around us said they were waiting half an hourto either pay for their meals or waiting for the check. Absolutely never returning to this location. Ended up going down theroad to Local where we were greeted and seen to within minutes. Read more

This was my favorite chilis! But I don?t know what happened to it. Tonight we went to eat there and it was horrible. The service... was great especially for the waiter taking care of half the place alone. But the food took almost an hour to get, almost 45 minfor a drink refill, the food was cold. And the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Iam very disappointed and truly was a huge waste. Read more
They definitely are having staffing issues, like many places. I think when we went they may have had someone from the kitchens... serving? He told me not to order a drink because it was nasty (i liked it), and kind of forgot about us for awhile. My partner'sfood was cooked great and delicious, but it was cold. My burger was great. They forgot our appetizer, and getting his attentionwas difficult because he kept getting called aside by the manager - he told us that himself. I bet this place could be greatthough. Read more
Omg where do I start everything was delicious.... Compliments to the chef and the waitress the bartender tho needs more... training. The drink I ordered was so pretty it actually matched my outfit but the taste was slightly off. The liquor to drinkratio was off making the drink a little strong and less tasty; the food on the other hand finger licking good everything on myplate was made to perfection the only reason I had food left was so that I could have my sister try it. ???? Not a good experience. Hostess greeted the party that came in after us first. Then we were seated and the waitress that we had a... few months ago was taking care of us. (Lord help us). She took our order left and a few minutes later she came back to take ourorder again. My daughter ordered a burger and it had no flavor my husband's beans weren't hot they were Luke warm.
