Poor customer service came here to pick up a door dash asked the fat cashier with red/orange hair and face piercings if the... orders were ready she disregard me I asked again she said she was taking care of someone else . I watched her with the previousdoordash person and she gave the same attitude same demeanor and NONE of the doordash orders had been done . She moves very slowas if she dosnt care for others time . I have had a series of horrible experiences here. Functionally, new haven does not have a chipotle, and we'd be better off... without this one. Today was beyond the worst -- they didn't start making my mobile order until 20 minutes after I got there andasked them about it twice. Then, by the time they made my order, they ran out of chips, guacomole, and several otheringredients. Finally, they couldn't even refund my order? Thanks, Chipotle! Read more
Worst chipotle in the state hands down. Every single employee there is so rude and disrespectful. Sat there and waited over 20... minutes to pick up an online order as I watched them service over 10-15 people who came in after me. When I asked for the thirdtime about my order I was more or less told to f myself. Walked out the door and canceled the order. Don?t waste your time withthis establishment or the people inside because you will be treated much better almost anywhere else. Most of the taco trucks onlong wharf have way better food anyway for better prices. Read more
my friends and i got new haven chipotle tonight and it usually is mediocre but tonight it was unacceptable and honestly... disgusting . the rice was mushy/overcooked and had no salt in it , the chicken was poorly spiced and was extremely tough , andon top of that i tasted hair in my food twice . the staff was also rude upon entering and made us wait super long before servingus (despite there being 3 employees and no customers in the store) it keeps getting worse i?m constantly disappointed . stickingto the hamden one Read more
I always am a big fan of Chipotle , as an international student from the Indian subcontinent, I feel Chipotle brings memories of... home-style chat food. The branch at downtown new haven was extremely fast and delicious. The staff were kind enough to serve uswith ample quantity, satisfying our hungry stomachs. Go here get a rice bowl , order all the topings you can and have a blast. Read more
I ordered through their app. The order was supposed to be done at 6:00pm. I ended up having to wait till 6:36pm. They did not... get my order right at all. I asked multiple times for help and about my order. They dismissed me each time, and they gave zerohelp. Awful service and extremely long. Totally inappropriate to have to wait almost 40 minutes from the pickup time with ZEROhelp. Do not waste your time here! So many better options!! Read more
