Really cute name and a plethora of vegetarian / vegan options. My scrambled eggs were a bit of an off putting grey color and my... iced coffee had a strange flavor as well. My girlfriend enjoyed her egg sandwich with soy bacon. Read more
Food is good. Not exceptionally astounding, but it doesn?t need to be, especially for a place that specializes in vegetarian and... vegan recipes ? impressive that they are still highly capable of making a good, classic burrito or pizza. Staff are very nice,service is good. Location is convenient. Best part is probably the atmosphere? very welcoming, good lighting and music, allaround a great place to meet up with a friend or grab some coffee. Would recommend for a casual outing somewhere. Claires is an amazing place. I ordered a vegan grilled cheese with avocado tomatoes and vegan bacon. It was the best grilled... cheese sandwich I have ever had. I also witnessed the relationship between Claire and her employees. Claire included her staffin pertinent menu decision-making and showed a very high respect for their input. It?s clear that this restaurant functions witha high degree of integrity, camaraderie and warm among the staff, owner and patrons. I highly recommend this restaurant and willdefinitely be back many times in the future. Read more
Delicious vegan chocolate cake! Couldn't even tell it was vegan. (Don't get it if allergic to coconuts.) The place looks good... too, and it is pretty warm compared to the outside winter air. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, lots of friendly people,lots of fun all around! Read more
Ordered a quiche with a side of fruit. After waiting 45 minutes for them to heat up quiche that was in the display, they served... me a tiny slice of cold quiche for with this beautiful side of fruit. Rotting banana and 3 slices of apple. Honestly gross andI would never come back here. Not sure how it is a popular restaurant or has any good reviews. Read more
Seriously fantastic veggie food. I heard about this place from everyone since I moved here; "If you're a vegetarian, you gotta... check out Claire's Corner Copia, they're so good." Very busy and long line. Most good was great except the burrito which was dry and black beans seemed undercooked. But this... review is to highlight why I gave it 5 stars. Food was great +5 stars. Burrito was not good -1 star. Service was slow -1star. Ton of vegan options +1 star. Been here for more than 20 years. +1 star. 5 stars! My review will add a flavor ofnostalgia. I graduated in 1999 this place was already here! (It opened way back in 1975 i think??) I had already been veganfor some time but i only went one time and it was good. So why didn't I frequent here whilst matriculated? Bc i was poor asdirt!! I remember coming in here and I got the least expensive item on the menu and sheepishly thought to myself - "one dayI'll be back and I'll be working so I can get anything I want... maybe I'll have a wife then.. maybe a family.. just be patient. " Well my friend, 23 years later, THIS was THAT day. Brought my family of four and ordered a great vegan feast. So +5 starsfor fulfilling my pre graduating dreams! ????
